Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at the Energy Division of Golyan Group, leading engineering, regulatory coordination, and project development for a diversified portfolio exceeding 500 MW of hydropower and 200 MW of solar projects.
I have extensive experience in geological investigation, underground excavation design, slope stability, and geotechnical interpretation for major infrastructure projects. I have proven track record of working with international consultants, joint ventures, government agencies, and financing institutions in feasibility, detailed design, and project development stages.

Lead engineering and regulatory coordination for a portfolio of hydropower and solar projects at various stages of development.
- Donor & Government Liaison: Prepared technical and financial proposals to successfully obtain Technical Assistance (TA) Grants from the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) for two hydropower projects in Mugu. Managed official coordination with the Department of Electricity Development, Ministry of Energy, and NEA.
- Project Management & PPA: Managed technical, administrative, and financial documentation for draft/final PPAs and ERC approvals for hydro and solar portfolios. Led technical and financial administration for tariff-based bidding for NEA grid-connected solar projects.

- Key Project: Nalsing Gad Storage Hydropower Project (410 MW). Acted as counterpart engineer for the updated feasibility study led by JV of SMEC International (Australia) and MWH (USA).
